The graduate student, before starting the preparation of his bankroll, should check his “personal data” in AcademicoPG.

The postgraduate student, before starting to prepare his/her examination board, must check his/her “personal data” on AcademicoPG.

After confirming their “personal data”, the postgraduate student begins preparing the panel, submitting the title in Portuguese, English (mandatory) and, if possible, in Spanish.Add 03 (three) to 05 (five) full members of the panel, one of whom is external to PPGAGC and 02 (two) substitute members, one of whom is external.

If one of the chosen members is not registered in the system, please send an email to the secretariat, with their details (full name, CPF, email, title, institution where they work, Lattes CV link), of the same, requesting its inclusion.

After defense

The advisor must inform the secretariat of the definitive title (in Portuguese and English).

As well as whether the dissertation will be confidential or not. For the secretary to respond accordingly and send it for appropriate signatures.

If the bank is online, the Advisor will select the members who are not at the Institution, after collecting the email approving their signature.
