Selection Notice
The UFV Graduate Program in Agroecology will publish the Call for Applications for the Master’s Degree, starting in the first semester of 2026, starting on September 2, 2025.

All documents must be scanned and attached in PDF format when registering online.
Documents must be clearly legible and must not include borders (i.e., portions of the background such as bedspreads, parts of a wooden table, etc.).
The following documents will not be accepted:
- Diplomas with only the front side scanned;
- Illegible documents;
- Multiple documents combined into a single PDF file (e.g., ID card, voter registration, and tax ID);
- Driver’s licenses used as identification;
- ID cards without the back side.
Curriculum, click here. (The CV must be attached when registering in the Curriculum Vitae option and the supporting documents must be attached in the Various Certificates option. It is important to note that the supporting documents must be in the same file, scanned in PDF format and numbered sequentially in Arabic numerals starting with the number 1, with these numbers being informed in the CV).

The candidate must choose from the advisors described below, with whom he/she wishes to work, consequently developing related activities, according to the guidelines described below:

Important: The list of professors indicated above includes the names of future PPGAGC advisors, and is subject to changes specifically for these cases, since it depends on the approval of their accreditation processes. with UFV.
Important: As a general rule, each faculty advisor may only receive one student. Therefore, the candidates with the highest grades will be selected, respecting this limit per advisor. Only in the event that the vacancies are not filled will a second student be assigned to the same student.
FEE EXEMPTION
Please note item 10.2.1 of the 2026/I Selection Notice: Candidates who opt for exemption from the registration fee, as provided for in the UFV General Notice, must attach proof of registration in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government – (Cad-Único) in the request field on the registration website itself, by September 22, 2025. The exemption request will be approved by September 24, 2025.
⇒ It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to find out about the result of the exemption.
Important Information about the Schedule:
The hearing will be held on 11/12/2025 (at a time to be defined later) and the final result will be announced by 11/28/2025.
